Description The washer extractors are designed for a long life span and not comparable with household machines. These industrial machines are used among other things in commercial laundries, old and nursing homes, laundromat, penal institutions, sport associations, hotel etc.. The internal and external drums as well as the front linings are made of high-quality high-grade steel; the bearing of the drum is oversized and provided with a solid wave sealing. The washer extractors of the series 6008, 6013 and 6017 have perforated driver ribs (Aquafall) integrated in the drum, whereby additional caustic solution and water arrive cascade-like at the laundry. By this system the washing capacity increases while the rinsing processes can be shortened. All machines are equipped with a frequency converter (inverter - Gdrive) so that different drum speeds during washing or centrifugal process can be controlled. The specified washer extractors have proven electronic controls. With our free programmable controls professional wash sets can be achieved, such as “wet cleaning” for washable clothing, “cool-down” for mixed textures, etc… The dosage of the liquid or pulverized detergents is made manually by cups or rinsing chambers. External dosing entrances for liquid detergents are basically present. The aquamixer, a cold and warm water mixer delivers the preset temperature with a high grade of accuracy. The washer extractors of series HS 4040 and HS 4055 have a capacity of 40 kg and/or. 55 kg of Tr.W.
