Description The internal drum with continuous wave is reciprocally stored and divided in 3 functional units(y-Form). For loading and unloading purposes the external drum doors are horizontally designed, so that easy feeding and unloading are possible. (Slide loading and unloading). The Ecowash is provided with an automatic plan driving mechanism. The external drum is an extremely stable construction consisting of high-grade steel and structural steel. All parts in contact with the fleet are made of non rusting high-grade steel of the quality 1.4301. The external drum doors are provided with electro-pneumatic bolting devices, i.e. the doors are locked automatically by activation of the door closing tracer. The drive consists of a frequency-regulated three-phase motor. This engine has an electromagnetic d.c. injection brake and an exhaust system for the cooling of the engine, specially at low numbers of revolutions. The different wash and centrifugal speeds are controlled by the wash program microprocessor. The Ecowash wash extractor has a very sturdy hot-dip galvanized basic frame. The swinging aggregate rests on 4 large dimensioned oscillation insulators. The head framework is in such a way designed that an optional caustic solution recuperation tank can easily be built. The machine is equipped in series with 2 water connectors for 2 different types of water. A further connection is intended for the cool-down-process for the treatment of mixing fabric. 3 Rinsing containers are provided for the supply of the Ecowash with detergents; in addition 4 connectors for liquid detergents. The Ecowash is basically equipped with a programmable logic controller. The single program steps are displayed. All functions such as wash time, kind of cycle, temperature (stepless), type of water, detergent type, water level, drum speed for washing and centrifuges as well as for the control of the caustic solution recuperation plant are programmable. The Switchgear cabinet is integrated on the left side stand. To the safety devices the following systems belong: Imbalance switch, external drum locking mechanism, temperature protection of the driving motor, pressure monitor, emergency stop switch etc...
