Description of the Barrier Washer Extractors An innovation from our company was first presented 2007 at the specialized fair "Altenpflege+ProPflege" in Nuremberg. A completely new and more over cost effective solution has been implemented, in order to comply with hygienic regulations (BGR 500.Kap.2.6). Our innovative complete solution consist of an hygiene / partition module of stainless steel, that can integrate a reliable customary in the trade head-washing-machine with an holding capacity of up to 22 kg. The loading of the washer-extractor machine as well as the selection of the washing program are both carried out at the impure side. Once the washing procedure has been started, the washing unit is rotated by 90 ° and is then in the disinfection area. Here the loading or the front area are disinfected. In order to unload the washer-extractor, the unit is once again rotated by 90 ° so that the drum is now opening on the clean side. The laundry can then be discharged in compliance with hygienic regulations. Thereafter, the unit is turned back by 180 °, so it is back and can be loaded on the unclean side. If several Eco - Compact units are needed, they can be installed side by side - without the normally required gap of 600-800 mm. The supply lines for water, electricity, detergent, etc. are routed from above the washer-extractor. For technical details please download our datasheet here!
