Description of the continuous batch washers For individual tuning on the particular needs of any laundry enterprise the ECOLINE is available in 3 different sizes: 24, 36 and 50 Kg Tr.W. The performance range of these continuous batch washer varies depending on the size of the plant from 200 – 2000 kg Tr.W per hour. All well known washing methods such as the counterflow washing method, the concurrent flow washing method, the bath change washing method and the single module washing method can be programed and executed. The quantity of water is freely adjustable and can be measured accurately by the flow meter. Each unit consist of an interior and an external drum. The supply of each unit with energy, detergents and detergent auxiliaries is thereforce possible at any time. The axleless internal drum is partitioned into a wash and a transportation zone. In the wash zone the laundry is lifted mutually from the washing fleet by means of a washing rib. Once the laundry has fallen back into the bath, the inner drum now swivels back in the opposite direction. This occurs 24 times per second. The ECOLINE is suitable for each kind of load (container, belt conveyor, bag memory plant). The program parameters can be freely set up, according to the requirements: The washing cycle time, the desired temperature for each unit as well as the automatic detergent and detergent auxiliaries supply including the start and dosing time length. Free selection of wash programs in accordance with the type of laundry (colored or white. Furthermore the pressure stages of the water extracting press or the speed and time for the centrifugal extractor, the working time for the dryer as well as the cool down procedure are also free configurable. From the main menu of the process control unit the following screens can be accessed: Washing process progress, drum occupancy, status of loading units, drainage unit, dryer and default values, general program parameters, conductance, pH-value, customer operation statistics, program, times, maintenance reports etc... The heating is made by steam injectors integrated in each unit, whereby short heating times are achieved. By heat sensors at each unit exact temperature control for a thermal or chemical thermal disinfection is possible. For technical details, please download our datasheet here. |
