Description High power flat ironers with proven technology–more than 1000 pieces have already been delivered, reliable and maintenance poor. Type: W with roller rise Type: M with hollow rise The drive of roller is governed by high quality planetary gears directly connected to the drive taps. Theironers have an absolutely even contact pressure over the entire hollow width, which ensures a perfect laundry finish and a high performance. The flow hollows made of high quality boiler plate are thus planed, polished and highly polished. Heated leading up bridges guaranty the immediate transport of the laundry. Multi-roller flatwork ironers are in series equipped with intake belts; Single-roller flatwork ironers are equipped with special laundry strippers, also used in folding machines. The speed adjustment is made manually by means of potentiometer or is automatically controlled by the PLC. A frequency converter regulated three-phase ac-motor provides a calm and exact run of the rollers. The resulting exhaust of each roller is sucked off by a central placed fan. Manual or alternatively automatic adjusting slidegate valves regulate the exhaust air rate. The flatwork ironers are specially isolated against thermal radiation (steam and condensate pipes, exhaust, dust cover). In the standard design the laundry input is achieved over an infeed belt. All well-known infeed machines can be used. For the quality infeed of small and high sized parts in the middle capacity range we recommend the use of the Ecofeed infeed machine with the following equipment: Laundry guidance mechanism for the rear laundry seam, prism laser for edge straight input, negative pressure table and suction pit, small articles input system, spreading sheet metals for high sized parts.
